  1. sunnymogi,

์žฅ๊ธฐํ•˜์™€ ์–ผ๊ธ€๋“ค is my favorite Korean band. I’ve been listening to their songs for 4 years now, and the first one I was ever able to fully sing along to and understand was ์‚ฌ๋žŒ์˜ ๋งˆ์Œ. It felt very validating to see it in the study song recommendations! I can absolutely vouch for the fact that it’s a song that’s easy to follow and understand. I sing it at the noraebang every time I go, and when I went to ์žฅ๊ธฐํ•˜’s concert I was very happy I could sing along. It’s very encouraging when you’re finally able to understand and sing along to a favorite song. I’m looking forward to listening to the other song recommendations~ Thank you!!

    • Talk To Me In Korean,

Oh! You like that song! Studying by singing along to songs is a great way to learn. ํ•œ๊ตญ์–ด ๊ณต๋ถ€ ํŒŒ์ดํŒ…! ๐Ÿ˜„

  2. karinasilivas,

Except the first lesson on the Naver Dictionary app, โ€œKorean Study Hacksโ€ was a little generic. I know that everyoneโ€™s interests are different and I should choose what I like, but I would have appreciated even more specific recommendations to start with, like it was done for the songs. Overall the studying tips were good though! ๐Ÿ˜Š

    • Talk To Me In Korean,

Thank you for your comment! Hope you continue to enjoy studying Korean with our resources!! ๐Ÿฅฐ

Hello, unfortunately the naver dictionary app has gotten a new look and it looks totally differently than what is shown in lesson 1. Maybe could you do a little follow-up for the new look?
Thank you so much! that would be a huge help in using this recommendation!

Hi! I was reviewing the first lesson. However, I noticed that the user interface of NAVER dictionary has changed. Is it possible to access the older version? Great course, by the way!

์ž˜๋ชป: You think youโ€™ve beaten me but thatโ€™s where youโ€™re wrong.
๊ฒฐ๊ทผ: I think your idea of a leave of absence is splendid.
์ ˆ๋ฒฝ: So, the eagle fell down from the cliff. โ€œAh. I am dying. I donโ€™t want to die.โ€

  24. ,

์ž˜๋ชป: That jackass delivered the wrong box again!
๊ฒฐ๊ทผ: He has a habit to take French leave sometimes. (I am French and in French we say “leaving the English way” with the same meaning :), I am glad to see the Korean version does not refer to either the French or English way :))
์ ˆ๋ฒฝ: Paro Taktsang is a Buddhist temple complex built into a cliffside.

    • Talk To Me In Korean,

We are glad that you learned the differences. Enjoy studying Korean with us. ๐Ÿ™‚
