Q: Why aren’t my orders appearing in my account?
If your orders were made on our old store, MyKoreanStore.com, then they unfortunately cannot be synced with your TalkToMeInKorean account.
If your order was made here on TalkToMeInKorean.com, be sure that you are using the correct login. Facebook, Google and native logins are all considered separate, so your order can be found in the account you were signed into when completing the purchase.
Q: I can’t submit my address/phone number/personal information.
Please try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the site.
Q: Why can’t I sign in?
First be sure you have registered with us and are not using an old login. Old logins from MyKoreanStore.com are not synced with TalkToMeInKorean.com.
If you have registered with us, be sure to use the correct log-in method. If you sign up with the google or facebook log-in buttons, you will need to continue to sign in with the same method. Social media logins and native logins are considered separate accounts.
If you still cannot log in, please try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page. If you continue having trouble signing in, please let us know using the contact form at the bottom of our site.
Q: The digital product(s) I purchased are not showing in my account.
Be sure you are using the correct login method. If you signed in with google/facebook when making your purchase, you will find the products in that account under your downloads.
If they are still not appearing, please contact us via the contact form with your order number and we will look into the issue.
Q: Do I need a PayPal account to buy your books or course?
You can purchase our books and courses either by using a credit card or through PayPal. You can also pay with your credit card through the PayPal interface even without a PayPal account.
Q: My credit card payment isn’t going through. How can I fix this?
Make sure that your credit card allows international and online payments. If it does and you still have trouble with our credit card payment system, please try using the PayPal interface to use your credit card. There is an option where you can choose not to sign in and just input your credit card information instead.
Q: My credit card should work with international payments but it still doesn’t go through.
We regularly update our website to provide the best user experience. Please try refreshing the website a few times and see if the version info at the bottom of the website changes to a higher version. Trying to make a payment with a previous version of the website might result in an error. Also if nothing else seems to change anything, please try erasing cache memory in your web browser settings and try again.
