Price Increase FAQs

We’re updating our price, so that we can continue to bring you great content and services to support your Korean learning.
Starting January 16, 2023 (3:00 p.m. KST), TTMIK course subscription fees are increasing.

Existing subscriptions will not be affected and continue to renew at the current price.
The new price will only apply to new subscriptions from January 16, 2023.

You can check your subscription status on the My Learning Center page.

If you have a subscription and haven’t canceled your recurring payments,
your subscription will renew automatically the day after the date on this page.

If your current subscription expires before the price increase on January 16, 2023, you can restart a new subscription at the current price. (In this case, please check if your membership status has changed back to Basic on the My Learning Center page.)

If your current subscription expires after the price increase on January 16, 2023, you can  remove your remaining period and resubscribe at the current price. To do so, please contact us here. (Please note that the remaining period cannot be refunded or added to your new subscription.)

Once you have canceled your recurring payments, they can’t be reactivated. You will need to start a new subscription.

We launched the current subscription-based website in February, 2020, and we have kept the original pricing until now. Thanks to you all, we have been able to continuously develop and provide more and more learning materials for Korean learners all around the world.

Considering various aspects including the general increase of maintenance costs, we have decided that a price increase is necessary in order to offer a more stable service and to continue improving the quality of our customers’ experiences.
