Taiwan’s regulation changes
As of July 1st, 2022, it is mandatory for all recipients in Taiwan to complete the ‘one-time registration via the EZWAY’ and ’Real Name Authentication (RNA)’.
- In accordance with Taiwan’s new regulations, all recipients in Taiwan must complete the one-time registration through the EZWAY Customs application.
- Real Name Authentication(RNA) must be done for each import shipment.
- How to undertake RNA: Upon issuance of the waybill after products were ordered, recipients will be notified of the RNA procedure by phone and email. If it’s not done, the shipment will be put on hold and a storage fee may be charged.
