Well Balanced Progression. Each lesson teaches a focused and comprehendible concept that can easily be understood and applied. Additionally, sample sentences really help illustrate the bounds of the given word or concept. It is another helpful progression in the series. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I am still working through the books in this package, but I love how the material slowly builds on the vocabulary and grammar from previous lessons. The textbooks always have a few questions at the end of each lesson, and the workbooks provide a lot more additional practice. The “blog” sections (about one or two per book) provide additional info about South Korean locations and culture. The dialogues are often funny, which helps me remember the material better.
I bought these books after I read so may reviews about them. They are super for self studying. The books are well structured! The lessons are not to big, so you are not to overwhelmed. And, you feel super good when you finished another one 😁 I really love the TTMIK Books 💜 감사합니다 TTMIK
I bought these books after struggling with self studying for a year. I’d been a huge fan of ttmik and the excitement I felt opening this perfectly packaged box could not be described. Best books 100% recommend, so easy especially for people self studying. Very satisfying when you finish one of these books😁😁😁
Just wondering if there will be a bundle ever of the higher level books for those seriously interested in continuing with the language as this set was great!
Love these lessons. Just starting lesson 3. Will there be a Lesson 6-10 (textbook + workbook)? Would love that package as well! Thanks for all you do! 감사합니다!
Thank you for the inquiry 🙂 We don’t currently have the bundle (level 6-10). We are sorry for the inconvenience. For your information, level 8-10 Workbooks have not come out yet. Thank you for your understanding.
Yoohooo!!! I’ve received the books in perfection condition and earlier than what I expecteeeed. I have just started covering level 1 and I really like the fact that the content is CLEAR, FUN and EASY to go through (no sugarcoating here, just sharing my experience). I am finally going to work on my Korean again!!! Hopefully, by the end of this bundle, I would still be able to continue and get my hands on the remaining books.
I can’t describe how happy I am to receive theses books, so thank you to all the people who took part in creating these wonderful books and audios 진심으로 감사드립니다!
Also, thank you for the goal trackers. I am actually using them in hope to reach my REASONABLE goals (HAHAHA) and to stay motivated.
Thank you so much for your review! Your words mean the world to us. We are so glad you like the books 🙂 Hope you continue to enjoy learning Korean with us!
hello! do u have the same bundle for level 6-8?
Thank you for the inquiry. 🙂 We don’t currently have the bundle (level 6-8). We are sorry for the inconvenience. For your information, level 6-8 Workbooks have not come out yet. Thank you for your understanding.
I ordered this a while back and have been going through the lessons every day. I started using TTMIK before I purchased this set of books. Once I bought the books, I found that the workbooks are a necessity!!! Needless to say, I am only on level 2, but I have seen improvement in my listening skills and memory. I understood a train of thought on a VLIVE of one of my favourite K-pop singers! It was crazy to hear a native Korean speak and I understood what she was talking about!! Anyway, these books are awesome! 감사함니다! 여러분 이거 사요!!!!
Thank you for the comment 🙂 화이팅 ! ^^
I just ordered this and I’m very excited to start learning Korean in a few days! Thanks for Korean Englishman for showing me a worthwhile goal to work towards!!
Hi! May I ask did you pay through cash on delivery? I am very curious 😅
Thank you for leaning Korean with TTMIK 🙂 한국어 공부 화이팅 ~!

I love this set! Pretty straight forward and easy to follow along. I like the fact that they have the online audio to go along with the books. They teach you one lesson that would help explain the next few lessons and it made it easier to understand (unlike some school textbooks)! I also love the workbook to test my knowledge after every lesson. 정말 고마워요!

The order came her quickly ! And that is a huge plus because I have been itching with the want to learn the language. The books came in great condition and I love the little pin they sent with the box. I went through most books, skimming to see their information and it all seems so nicely written and VERY easy to understand, unlike other websites. I will be buying from TTMIK very soon. Thank you for giving such great service! 감사합니다!

Oh my gosh when I change it to CNY , it’s more than 1000CNY 😩a little bit expensive , is there any discount ?

Hi! This is Yeji Kim from Talk To Me In Korean. Thank you so much for your review. We are so happy that you like the books. :):)
So far I love it makes it easier to remember the new vocabulary and after each lesson you can play on repeat the audio until u feel confident. I used Korean 101 with videos and phrases learning but only have of it stuck to me, for me this is more effective I like learning how to build a sentence over someone giving me a sentence and having to remember it. When I finish book 1 I will give and updated review, I’m already in in lesson 9.

@Camie Hinckley Hi! This is Yeji Kim from Talk To Me In Korean. You can download all the audio files at http://talktomeinkorean.com/audio. If you need any help, please email us at [email protected].
…you can go to the website and look under “Curriculum” and pick your level and then the lesson to go with the level and lesson you’re working on.
What’s the actual audio? Does it come in a CD or something or is it on the website? (I’m quite new to TTMIK, sorry if there is an obvious answer)
Had a bit of trouble actually getting these books (Canada Post was on strike) but the staff at TTMIK were very friendly and great to deal with! These books are a terrific way to learn the foundations of Korean and steadily become more advanced. I was hesitant to buy levels 1-5 without having tried them before but I’m really happy with my purchase and am 100% satisfied! 10/10 would recommend 🙂
