HII, I want to study korean, and I already started the first lesson, do you think I have to learn the hangul alphabet first?
You don’t have to but it’ll make learning Korean easier 😁
You definitely should! By learning hangul, your pronunciation will become better and you can read what is being taught from the hangul rather than the romanization. Romanizations are sometimes inaccurate, so i think you should definitely learn hangul!!
Learn it initially and improve on it as you progress, do not stop trying to learn Korean because your Hangul is not up to speed yet. The best way to understand Korean is to only read the Hangul letters and avoid the romanization , This will ensure you are correctly uttering the sounds properly. Eventually you will reach this level and by then you will have a sound idea how to read everything properly at a reasonable speed (reasonable meaning you can read fast enough that it doesn’t stunt your progress and become frustrating as its difficult just to read a phrase)and when you reach this level you will also be able to remember more Korean words faster. Until you reach this level you should use romanization as an aid as that is the point until which romanization can help you. A good way to use the romanization is to remember the speech sound as much as possible and then try to read the romanization and try to rehearse the speech sound that you heard.

Hello everyone. I am a beginner in Korean language can anyone please help me understand sentences when to use both 는/은 and 이/가 in a single sentence??? I came across this sentence…제 힘으로는 멈출 수가 없어요.Thank you…😊😊😊
는( subject marker when the subject end with a vowel) 은(subject marker when the subject end with a consonant) both of them are usually to show “emphasis”. about 이/가 I just know that they r also subject marker(no emphasis) used when the subject is already known. Hopw it helps
