  1. DANIELLA DANIEL,

I luv it am getting better ,even on my 2nd day.

  2. Ehsan Whaid,

    website is broke 🙁

  3. Hahahaha,

Can anybody tell me the difference between written Korean and spoken Korean??
    ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ

    • Kookie Lil Bunny,

I’m not sure I understand what you mean lol. 한글 (Hangul) is the alphabet and 한국어 (Hangugeo) is the spoken language.

  4. Chloé,

If anyone wishes to improve one’s korean skills, we can improve together. I am willing to help anyone with my knowledge of korean (even if it’s limited, I hope I can help at least a little bit) because we all have one thing in common = our love for korean language ! So if interested, here’s my kakao ID (chloe6799) and feel free to add me 😀

    • Teni,

I added you!!😄 Can you add me back my kakao ID is Tenitomi

  5. Reshma,

Test after each level is no more part of a new website.

Will you please help me in regards to the test which we can take non-premimum members.

    Will wait for the update.

  6. Liliana Vuscan,

I have created the TTMIK account on Valentine’s Day, maybe this is an auspicious sign about my love for Korean language?! First lesson, first level, here I go! Wish me luck everybody 🙂

    • Hwayeon Kim,

Hi, I’m Hwayeon from TalkToMeInKorean. Thank you for studying with us! If you have any other questions, please let us know:) 화이팅!

    • Aiden Choe,

      열공해요!

    • Chloé,

      Good luck to you !

    • Daria B,

Same here! Good luck to you, study hard! 🙂

  7. Jessica,

I wish there was an option to “check” by levels, no only by clicking on “complete” on each lesson
According to the level test I’m at an advanced level (lol), so I would’ve liked to check everything to feel satisfied with myself xD’

  8. Clelia Alcobias,

Hi there, I’m really loving the new website but what happened to the 100% Korean dialogue section at the end of every Level with transcript? That was extremely useful and I hope you guys put it back.

    • Hwayeon Kim,

Hi, I’m Hwayeon from TalkToMeInKorean. Sorry for the inconvenience, but the last dialogue lesson came back, so hope you enjoy it 😀

    • Belen Brito,

I was thinking about that too! I only got to listen to it once 🙁 It was really helpful.

    • Jessica,

      It’s probably premium now

    • Kayee,

It’s not premium. I subscribed cause I was hoping it’s there but no. They replaced it with sample conversations per lessons that are too simple and short that doesn’t help much as you can already read those kinds on the lesson itself

    • Clelia Alcobias,

      I’m premium and it’s not on there :/ …

    • Jessica,

Oh really ? :/ And does all the rest of the premium content work well for you ? I’m thinking of maybe getting it one day

    • Clelia Alcobias,

Yeah everything works fine. It’s a really good set up what they did. You should definitely get it. If you have the funds for it just buy the whole premier pack for the year, works out cheaper

    • Jessica,

well nevermind, I read the conditions and I don’t really like them
I don’t like automatic renewal because I have bad internet so imagine if the time I have to cancel the subscription happens when I have those problems …..
Also they say they can modify the price and that there are no refunds possible

    • Jessica,

When I’ll be able to afford it, I’ll definitely get it :))

    • Hwayeon Kim,

Hi, I’m Hwayeon from TalkToMeInKorean. The last dialogue lesson came back, so hope you enjoy it 😀

  9. Oliver,

The whole Disqus comment section is gone? Really? People met each other and started study groups as well as helping each other on subjects some wouldn’t understand right, during lessons. Its really sad that its gone.

Also, the premium membership is not really as good compared to buying individual lessons. I was interested in buying some of the lessons, but I don’t really wanna sign up to a membership just to access them.

    • Oliver,

Oh I just realised that the comment sections are probably gone due to the personalised study support in premium, I think.

    • Hwayeon Kim,

Hi, I’m Hwayeon from TalkToMeInKorean. After we launched our new website with the new membership system, some materials are deleted or accessible for only premium members. However, the last dialogue lesson came back, so hope you enjoy it 😀

  10. iren yos,

Thank you for providing this lesson. It’s very easy to understand, even include how some words or sentences work for Korean people.

I listen to the podcast in Spotify now.

    • Hwayeon Kim,

Hi, I’m Hwayeon from TalkToMeInKorean. Thank you for your comment. Happy studying 🙂

  12. Sam,

What happened to the end of level dialogue ?

    • Hwayeon Kim,

Hi, I’m Hwayeon from TalkToMeInKorean. The last dialogue lesson came back. Hope you enjoy it:)

    • Oliver,

I think they got replaced with the sample dialogues of each lesson? I’m not sure. Kinda sad locking that behind premium now.

    • Hwayeon Kim,

Hi, I’m Hwayeon from TalkToMeInKorean. Sorry for the inconvenience. However, you can still use essential courses for free, and the last dialogue lesson came back. You can also study through our other platforms like Youtube, Facebooke or Instagram.

    • Jessica,

I wish they at least kept the content that was free before instead of moving it to premium….
Yes they “upgraded” the content itself but still
A lot of vids that are free on YouTube are premium here as well

    • Hwayeon Kim,

Hi, I’m Hwayeon from TalkToMeInKorean. Sorry for the inconvenience. Essential courses are still available for free, so please check our website as a basic member. Our other platforms also can be good ways to enjoy studying Korean. Thank you for your understanding:)

  13. Brittany,

Really hoping that the reset password feature is fixed soon. Had to create another account to access the courses and skip ahead to where I am at to get back to where I left off. All of my shipping info is on the other account. I wanted to order a textbook, but I don’t want to order off my main account.

    • Hwayeon Kim,

Hi, I’m Hwayeon from TalkToMeInKorean. If you email us about this issue, we will check and find a way to fix for you.

  14. Aida Amores,

The new website looks great but why is the premium membership needed to see some videos that are available for free on YouTube ?

    • Hwayeon Kim,

Hi, I’m Hwayeon from TalkToMeInKorean. Some courses are only available for our premium members from our new website. Hope you can understand it:)

  16. Hyde,

what happened to the texts by the end of every lesson? I used to really enjoy them! 🙁
by the way, thank you for providing such great material, I’m glad I found you guys

    • Hwayeon Kim,

I have been a kpop fans since 10 years ago and I am finding different resources to learn Korean, TTMIK is the best solution! I know TTMIK from Spotify podcast and I found that the study materials and explaination in TTMIK are very organized, suitable for the learners to follow step by step. Keep it up!

    • Hwayeon Kim,

Hi, I’m Hwayeon from TalkToMeInKorean. Thank you for sharing your comment. We will do our best for our learners:)

  21. Aidan Hunter,

is there any way to download all the pdfs and mp3s of all levels 1-9 quickly? I would prefer to not have to do it one by one for my flight to korea.

    • Hwayeon Kim,

Hi, I’m Hwayeon from TalkToMeInKorean. Unfortunately, you should download them separately. Thank you for studying with us!

  22. Trinh Tiến,

The new web looks great, but I don’t think of any reason why you have to erase the Korean Dialogue at the end of every level. Even though they were still available on Soundcloud, but there are some sentences which I need to look into the transcipt in order to understand, I really hope they will come back. Thank you for all of the lessons.

  23. CMil Doc,

I truly appreciate y’alls lessons particularly because there aren’t random. Each lessons flows right into the next one. A great way to help us connect all the vocabulary, which will make us more fluent and accurate. 감사합니다!! ??
