저희는 학습자들이 TTMIK 사이트나 학습 자료를 원활히 이용할 수 있도록 돕는 팀입니다. 책 배송, 멤버십/사이트/앱 이용에 관련한 다양한 문의 사항을 처리하고 있습니다. 문제는 신속히 해결하고 피드백은 다른 팀들과 논의해서 사이트와 제품에 반영될 수 있도록 하고 있습니다.
Our team helps our customers use the TTMIK website and products more easily and conveniently. We handle various inquiries about book delivery, membership subscription, and about using our website and app, and we try to solve the problems as quickly as possible. Also, we work with other teams to apply your valuable feedback and improve our website and products!

취미가 뭐예요?
What do you do for fun?
희주: 저는 요즘 춤에 푹 빠져 있어요. 제가 예전에는 춤을 정말 못 췄거든요. 다행히 Just Dance라는 유명한 춤 게임에 엄청 시간을 쏟으면서 지금은 많이 유연해지고 춤도 더 잘 추게 되었답니다!
I’m very much into dancing these days. In the past, I was really bad at dancing. Fortunately, I became more flexible and better at dancing by spending a lot of time playing the famous dancing game Just Dance.
예림: 클라이밍을 좋아합니다. 저는 같은 운동을 자주 하면 질리는 편인데 볼더링은 할 때마다 항상 새롭고 흥미로워요. 제가 못 푸는 문제가 있을 때 다른 사람들이 도와주고 응원해 주는 분위기가 좋아서 재밌게 하고 있어요.
I am into bouldering. I tend to lose interest quickly when doing the same kind of exercise often. But bouldering always inspires and challenges me. It’s fun to discuss how to solve a problem with others, and people are usually very supportive (even if they are strangers), so I really enjoy it.
연우: 영화 보는 것을 좋아해요. 특히나 판타지 영화를 좋아해요. 판타지 영화를 보면 현실과는 다른 세계에 다녀온 기분이 들거든요. 그중에서도 ‘해리 포터’를 가장 좋아한답니다!
I usually spend my free time watching movies. I especially like fantasy movies because they make me feel like I've traveled to a different world. My favorite is Harry Potter!

기억에 남는 문의 메시지가 있나요?
What is the most memorable customer inquiry?
희주: 한 고객이 사진과 함께 메일을 보내면서 “한국어로 타투를 할 계획인데 이 중에서 뭐가 제일 자연스러운 표현이에요?”라고 물었던 게 생각나요. 한국인들은 거의 쓰지 않는 부자연스러운 문장들이 있어서 더 자연스럽게 바꿔 드렸었는데 재미있는 경험 중 하나였어요.
I remember one customer sending me tattoo designs with Korean letters and asking me which one among them was the most natural. There were some unnatural sentences, so I changed them into more natural ones, which was a fun experience for me.
예림: 하나만 고르라고 한다면, 눈이 불편하신 분께서 전자책에 대해서 여쭤보셨을 때요. 전에는 몰랐는데 전자책도 텍스트 형식으로 되어 있으면 전용 프로그램을 이용해서 오디오북처럼 들을 수 있다고 하더라고요. 이런 피드백을 들으면서 콘텐츠를 만들 때 다양한 점을 고려해야 한다는 걸 알게 됐어요.
One day, I received an email from a customer who was visually impaired. They gave feedback on the format of our ebooks. According to the customer, there is a special program that automatically converts text into audio files for those who are visually impaired. However, the customer couldn’t study with our ebooks because the format was not supported by the program. I learned through this experience that we need to consider our customers’ needs in every aspect.
연우: 티티믹의 강의와 도서가 어린이들에게도 적합한지 묻는 문의가 가장 기억에 남아요. ‘남녀노소를 불문하고 전 세계의 정말 많은 사람들이 한국어를 접하고 있고, 배우고 싶어 하는구나'라는 생각이 들었어요. 제가 하고 있는 일에 대한 책임감을 더 느끼게 해 준 문의였습니다.
A memorable question was when someone asked us if our resources are suitable for children as well. I realized that so many people around the world, regardless of their age, are eager to learn Korean. It made me feel more responsible for my job.

희주: How To Sound Like A Native Korean Speaker
많은 한국어 학습자들이 ‘가’와 ‘까’ 같이 비슷한 소리들을 구별하기 어려워한다고 들었어요. 하지만 이 책과 함께라면, 자세한 설명과 다양한 이미지들로 공부하면서 더 자연스럽게 듣고 말할 수 있게 될 거예요. 저희 오디오 앱과 함께 공부한다면 금상첨화고요!
I heard many Korean learners find it hard to differentiate similar Korean sounds such as ‘가’ and ‘까’. However, with this book, you will learn to speak more naturally through detailed explanations and various images. Studying with our audio app will be the cherry on top!

여행 표현 책 추천합니다. 내용이 알차기도 하고, 한국에 놀러 왔을 때 정말 유용하게 사용할 수 있는 표현들이 많이 나와 있어요. 이렇게 한국에 와서 바로 사용할 수 있는 책을 들고 다니면서 연습하면 금방 자신감이 붙을 것 같아요.
I recommend “Korean Phrasebook For Travelers” because the book is practical. You can just pick any expression in the book and start a conversation when you meet someone in Korea. When you travel to Korea, if you carry this book with you and practice, you will gain confidence in speaking Korean very soon.

어른들을 위한 동화라서 이야기가 정말 흥미진진한데요, 오디오 앱으로 원어민이 읽어 주는 것을 들으면서 읽으면 더 재밌어요!
